”All of us of Irish descent are bound together by the ties that come from a common experience; experience which may exist only in memories and in legend, but which is real enough to those who possess it. And thus where ever we live, we are all members of a great family which linked together by that strongest of chains- a common past.”       ~ President, John F. Kennedy

I’m putting our Kennedy Family Album together so that those who came before us will be remembered. Their lives had meaning and shaped who we all are today. I would like to thank all the family for information, pictures and coming along this journey of discovery of our roots. They run deep.
Hello, Kennedy Family!  I've been researching our family tree on and off through the years, and found a few leaves to our tree, but never found a whole 'branch" like Alan Thill and sisters Susie, Annie and Jean have!   Once on Ancestry.com, there was no stopping them!  In the beginning, I spoke with a number of relatives who  told me stories and shared photos; and I will share those all with you on this blog.  Theres so much information that i would be too expensive to print or put on a CD.  Mabye someday, we can put it on a shelf for future generations.  Please share your thoughts, memories and come back often. It may take awhile to upload all of it, but It will be worth it.

Thank you!  to Alan, Jean, Susie, Annie, John Augustine, *Marian Augustine, *June Thill, *Genevieve (Honey) Wolfe Minsker,*Ruth Kennedy Lilly, Ruth Lilly, Patty Cisar, Liz Hightower,*Genevieve Kail-Kennedy,  *Lois Brown, and *Ida May Kennedy Leech for the memories and photos.
